A review through the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Purchaser Security tested 8 imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five from the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It found that each one eight samples were being thought of "faulty". Five of the products sampled contained fats in addition to cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in goods labelled "chocolate"
